Welcome to TaskVerified. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the TaskVerified mobile application (the "Service") provided by AnMoon.org ("us", "we", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using the TaskVerified mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
TaskVerified is an offline-first mobile application designed to help you create, manage, and generate professional job completion reports. Key features include:
To use certain features of the Service, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. We encourage you to use a strong password (a combination of upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols). You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.
You are solely responsible for all the content you create, upload, or store within the app, including job details, notes, photographs, and client signatures ("User Content").
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the TaskVerified application for your personal or internal business purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms.

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Service or the information, content, or materials included therein.
To the fullest extent permissible by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the Service is free of viruses or other harmful components.
Because all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for backing up your data. We will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this Service, including, but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages or any loss of data.
You may terminate this agreement by deleting your account from within the app and uninstalling the application. We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever and without limitation, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.
The Service uses Google's Firebase platform for authentication and crash reporting. By using our Service, you agree to be bound by the terms of service of these third-party providers. You can review their terms at the Google Privacy Policy and Firebase Privacy and Security page.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Morocco, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of any changes by posting the new Terms within the app. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
